The Villas are available for rental either individually or together. There is a minimum two-night stay. To ensure availability of your selected villa we recommend booking your accommodation with us well in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our intimate size CANCELLATIONS affect us greatly. In the event that The Point Villas are unable to replace a cancelled booking, the following charges will apply:

If CANCELLED within 30 days of arrival, 100 per cent of the total cost of the booking will be charged.

We strongly advise guests take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans. All bookings and cancellations must be received in writing and will be confirmed as such.

Check in & Check out

Guests will be met at the point villas by the point's on-site manager. Check in time is 3 pm check out time is 11am. A late check-out time can be arranged subject to availability at time of check in.

Confirmation of guests approximate time of arrival is helpful.
